WHAT IS A FANLISTING?
A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not only) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting fans across the globe.

CLASSICAL STUDIES?

Classics or Classical Studies is the branch of the Humanities dealing with the languages, literature, history, art, and other aspects of the ancient Mediterranean world; especially Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome during the time known as classical antiquity, roughly spanning from the Ancient Greek Bronze Age in 1000 BCE to the Dark Ages circa CE 500. //definition from wikipedia

This definition shows (in abridgement, of course) what Classical Studies deals with. On these studies you explore ancient history (especially Greek and Rome, but the rest of ancient Mediterranean aren't skipped), learn ancient languages like latin and ancient greek, read antique writers, enquire about aspects of ancient societies. This studies open before you a lot of new horizons and are an great addition to other studies like archeology. Why I like them so much? Well... I'm studying them. ;)
